Amenity Poll: Would You Like A Small Clubhouse In Amenity Area?
One thing the BOD has heard a lot from Residents, is the regret that we don’t have a meeting or clubhouse area. The BOD has been considering our options in this regard and would like your opinions…
Once Amenities are completed, there may be room for a small Clubhouse-type bldg. (Possibly 16 x 40).
This building would be used for LV social clubs, meetings, events, & storage. If Marion County would approve the building, we would conduct fundraisers in order to provide the building.
Residents would also have an opportunity to donate their time to help complete the interior of the building.
By end of 1st qtr. 2025, all amenities and Lennar business should be completed. This will allow the Board to focus on items that would imporve the community as a whole.

What Social / Activity Groups Interest You?
There has been interest from the community in creating social / activity groups in our community.
These groups would be started & chaired by homeowners in the community & would be open to all community members.
This is an excellent way to create a fun, inclusive, & tight-knit community!
