The change from Seco streetlighting to homeowner garage carriage lighting will provide a cost savings for the community of over $15K per year.
Doing so will also create a uniform, beautiful, aesthetic for the community and provide lighting that exceeds coverage currently experienced with Seco streetlighting.
This change will help keep our community safe and beautiful while keeping HOA costs low.
