St. Augustine- Floratam & Zoysia are currently approved in our HOA Guidelines. You may choose either one for sod / lawn replacement. 
Perennial Peanut is offered for backyards only at this time, and must be maintained to prevent crawling into neighboring lawns.  ALL (3) of these options are available for use in SOD or PLUG form (plugging must be done @ 12″ – 14″ intervals – or closer) 

Other Florida-Friendly grasses may be available for use as well. If you are considering another type of grass: You MUST submit a VARIANCE REQUEST directly to the ACC for approval>> BEFORE YOU PURCHASE! Or it will be considered a violation.
