Mediation has finally been scheduled: February 11th, 2026.
In an attempt to resolve the issue in a more expedient manner, the BOD has decided to reach out to Lennar Corporate directly.
The following letters (and very similar variations) will be mailed to the following state and federal government representatives.
Along with a letter to Lennar directly asking them to resolve the matter fairly and quickly.
