Frequently asked questions about Architectural Guidelines & the Application Process.
The Architectural Committee meets every two weeks. Once your application is submitted, it will be discussed at the next meeting.
The goal is to provide approval, rejection, or requests for additional information, within 30 days
The HOA has a compliance process in place for the community.
This process includes violation letters, fines, and liens that can be placed on the property.
Specific info is included in your Guidelines.
The Architectural Committee sets the standard for violation repurcussions and will discuss and analyze potential violations with HOA Management.
If a resident is in violation, the HOA Management company will begin the Violation Notification process.
In some cases, the Board may also be notified.
As long as the plants you have chosen are not on the Florida invasive species list, and can thrive in Florida, you do NOT need to fill out an application.
All plants must be kept in good condition, or immediately replaced. Plant beds & areas around trees must be kept weed-free, and trimmed as needed to prevent overgrowth.
If plants or flowers will be displayed in pots, you must follow Architectural Guidelines for potted plants.
